Whether you’re routing circles, cutting dadoes and grooves, fitting joinery, following a template or making long, straight passes on a guide rail, the kit gives you the stability, accuracy and control to handle more operations with fewer one-off setups.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
01 — PIONEER CORE TRIM ROUTER JIG
The foundation of the system. Its clear polycarbonate top plate improves visibility around the bit, while the aluminum bottom plate provides a stable platform for controlled routing. Use it for circle cutting, dadoes, grooves, mortises, rabbets, flush trimming and more.
02 — MULTIFUNCTIONAL EDGE GUIDE WITH MICRO ADJUSTMENT
Route accurately from the edge of your workpiece and fine-tune the cutting offset for precise, repeatable results. Ideal for dadoes, grooves, rabbets, tenons and other edge-referenced operations. It can also serve as a fence when Pioneer is installed in a router table.
03 — PIONEER ROUTER GUIDE BUSHING KIT
A precision-machined solid brass bushing set for template routing, pattern cutting, inlays and repeatable joinery. The kit includes seven guide bushings and two centering pins and is available in Metric or Imperial sizes.

Connect Pioneer Core to popular Festool- and Makita-style guide rails for dead-straight, repeatable routing with no side-to-side play. Adjust the router’s offset to make multiple parallel passes from the same reference line.
