Physical Products Refund Eligibility:
1.1 We offer refunds for physical products purchased from our online store, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
1.2 To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must request a refund within 14 days from the date of receive.
- The physical product must be returned to us in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Refund Process for Physical Products:
2.1 To initiate a refund request for a physical product, please contact our customer support team at ussadesign@gmail.com.
2.2 Our customer support team will guide you through the refund process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
2.3 Once the refund request is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense, using a trackable shipping method.
2.4 Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria.
2.5 If the returned product meets the refund eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that the refunded amount may exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
Digital Downloads Refund Policy:
3.1 Please note that digital downloads, including but not limited to software, e-books, music, and video files, are non-refundable.
3.2 Once a digital download has been purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Physical Products:
4.1 If you receive a physical product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product, providing details and any supporting evidence (such as photos).
4.2 We will evaluate the situation and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement product or a refund for the damaged or defective item.
Exceptions:
5.1 We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following situations:
- The refund request is made after the specified refund eligibility period.
- The physical product is returned without the original proof of purchase.
- The physical product is returned in a used or damaged condition. d. The refund request is for a digital download, which is non-refundable as per this policy.
