DESCRIPTIONS
Make straight, accurate, and repeatable router cuts using the guide rail system already in your shop. The Zero-Tolerance Rail Guide mounts to any USSA Pioneer Jig and adjusts tightly against the rail to eliminate side-to-side play.
Use it to cut along a straight line, create multiple parallel passes at different offsets, or as a precision edge guide—all from the same reference line.

Fine-tune the guide against the rail for smooth, accurate travel without unwanted lateral movement.
• Adjustable Cutting Offset
Move the router closer to or farther from the guide rail to create grooves, dados, and multiple parallel cuts without repositioning your reference line.
• Repeatable Start and Stop Points
POM and Aluminum versions include adjustable rail stops that let you control the router’s travel. They are ideal for stopped dados, blind grooves, fixed-length cuts, and repeatable operations across multiple workpieces.
• Added Stability and Safer Operation
The POM and Aluminum versions also include adjustable support feet, allowing the system to work farther from the cutting line while remaining properly supported.
• More Than a Rail Adapter
The system also functions as a precision edge guide, adding another practical setup to every Pioneer Jig.
