01 — Redesigned Dust Collection

The previous bottom-mounted vacuum concept was not as effective as we wanted. In the latest design, the bottom vacuum attachment connects directly to the exhaust path, improving airflow and dust extraction.

We also changed the attachment mechanism to better support the weight and pull of the vacuum hose.
A larger exhaust opening has also been added to the bottom plate, allowing stronger suction and more efficient chip removal.

Designed for operations where the jig sits flat on the workpiece, including:

• Edge-guide routing
• Tenons
• Mortises
• Other flat-surface routing operations

02 — A Stronger, More Stable Rail Guide

The new rail guide is larger, sturdier, and better supported.

Instead of connecting to the bottom plate at only two points, the updated version uses four connection points. This creates a more rigid setup and improves stability while guiding the router.

03 — Redesigned Mortise Setup

Earlier mortise designs did not provide the rigidity we were looking for.

The new design creates a more stable working platform, helping Prime stay firmly positioned throughout the cut for more controlled and repeatable mortising.

04 — A Lower-Profile Handle

Some router models could interfere with the previous handle because of its height.

The redesigned handle sits lower, providing better clearance and compatibility across a wider range of trim routers—without compromising control.

05 — Faster Depth Adjustment

New M8 mounting holes have been added to make depth setup faster and easier.

They allow users to set and repeat the required cutting depth more efficiently, especially during flush-trimming operations.

Matching M8 mounting points have also been added to the bottom plate for greater setup flexibility.

06 — Cleaner Cuts in Progress

We have also designed a new dust-collection cap that closes off the cutting area around the vacuum port.

By containing the cutting space, the cap helps concentrate suction where it is needed most—supporting cleaner cuts with significantly less airborne dust.

Set the quick-attach leveling legs to the required height and turn your router into a practical surface-flattening system.

3. Mortising
A stable guided system for clean mortises. Add theEdge Guide with Micro Adjustmentfor finer positioning and greater control.

4. Guide Rail Routing
Secure your router to a guide rail for controlled straight-line routing and position the bit close to the rail edge for precise zero-tolerance cuts.

5. Edge Guiding
Add theEdge Guide with Micro Adjustmentfor a broad reference surface rigid aluminum construction and controlled offset adjustment along the workpiece edge.

6. Guide Bushings
Compatible with standard guide bushings and theUSSA Router Guide Bushing Kitfor template-guided routing and repeatable cuts.

7. Circle Cutting
Route clean and consistent circles with a controlled and easy-to-adjust setup.

8. Stability
The wider base improves balance and control.

9. Customization
M6 and M4 threaded mounting points on the underside make it easier to attach accessories and adapt PRIME to specialized woodworking setups.
