Developed through real-world testing

Prime, Refined.

Cleaner extraction, greater stability and faster setup. Before production, we kept testing the details that shape everyday use—and rebuilt the areas where Prime could work harder for you.

Every Prime pre-order will receive the refined production version shown below.

A More Purposeful Dust-Collection System

Prime now uses two extraction setups for two different kinds of routing. The redesigned bottom attachment connects directly to the exhaust path, while the handle port remains the versatile choice whenever the jig sits flat. A larger lower opening and new collection cap help concentrate airflow around the cut.

Bottom Vac Attachment Best for exposed-edge work such as edge fillets, roundovers and chamfers.
Handle Vac Port Use for mortises, tenons, edge-guide work and other flat-on-surface routing.

A More Rigid Mortise Support

The mortise support has been re-engineered around a more substantial structure. The added rigidity gives Prime a firmer reference against the workpiece for more controlled, repeatable mortising.

03 / 05

Four-Point Rail-Guide Connection

The larger rail guide now connects to the baseplate at four points instead of two. That wider, more secure interface reduces unwanted movement and builds confidence into long guided passes.

A Lower, More Compatible Handle

The handle profile has been lowered to provide more clearance around taller router bodies. The result is a more compact interface that is less likely to interfere with the router while preserving a confident grip.

Faster Depth Setup with M8 Holes

Four M8 reference holes have been added to the base for quicker depth setup, especially during flush-trimming work. They make it easier to establish the target depth with less trial and adjustment.

PRIME — Advanced Router Jig

USSA PRIME advanced router jig

1. Built-In Direct Dust Extraction

Connect a vacuum hose directly to PRIME’s integrated dust port for efficient dust collection that stays clear of the cutting path.

USSA Pioneer and PRIME router jig platform

Pioneer DNA. Engineered into PRIME.

The Pioneer lineup brought multifunction precision to trim routers.

PRIME expands that idea for fixed-base and plunge routers by giving these machines a purpose-built platform for guided and repeatable work.

2. Surface Planer

Set the quick-attach leveling legs to the required height and turn your router into a practical surface-flattening system.

Multifunctional Design

Turn your router into the powerhouse you always knew it could be.

"It is what I'd call the Apple Product of Woodworking! The packaging is meticulously designed. You won’t find anything like this on the market. This product is straightforward for simple tasks but still has the capacity for more complex projects. Exactly what you need when you don’t have a dedicated workshop—it can replace several machines."
