Hallo zusammen,
Ich wollte ein Update zu unserem neuesten Projekt teilen und mich für die Versandverzögerung entschuldigen. Wir haben das Design perfektioniert und fünf Prototypen durchlaufen, von denen jeder etwa 1-2 Wochen in Anspruch nahm. Die Produktion begann am 8. und wird bis zum 15. des nächsten Monats abgeschlossen sein, wobei die Montage weitere 1-2 Wochen in Anspruch nehmen wird. Wir planen, Ende August oder Anfang September mit dem Versand zu beginnen. Die Spritzgussformung ist abgeschlossen und getestet, bereit zum Versand bis zum 29. dieses Monats. The delay will be worth it, and no one wants to see something they have spent so long designing and perfecting go out the door flawed. don’t worry about the delay, the important thing is that your wonderful project is progressing in the best possible way.
I speak for me being Italian, but in our country the months of July and August are generally dedicated to summer vacation, so if the shipments will start in late August or early September, it is even better. Just one thing I ask you if possible when you ship send an email where you indicate the tracking number so we can follow the shipment limiting the risk of the goods getting lost.
